Works on entrusted
tool documentation
In case of making tools according to our own design Lumel Alucast as well performs tool works based on entrusted documentation
in paper or electronic version. According to entrusted documentation, we can make complete tools or reconstruct their individual parts, we also carry out tool repairs or produce spare parts. We provide assurance of the support of experienced technologists in developing
the optimal process of the tool manufacturing technology.

Our tool shop can execute tools like: elements
of casting moulds, cutting dies, CNC and CMM fixtures with a max. dimension (X) 1000 x (Y) 500 and weight up to 500 kg.

Depending on the individual customer’s preferences we repair damaged surfaces of tool elements (errosive washouts, crushings, microcracks, etc.) by welding and then
we reconstruct the forming shapes (machining / EDM- Electrical Discharge Machining).
Spare parts

Our machine park allows us to make the spare parts, according to customer requirements (forming pins, mould-forming elements like:
cores, sliders, inserts).
