Toolshop area

Our tool shop is equipped with the latest CNC centres.
The mould forming elements (like pins, sliders, cornes, inserts) are executed on dedicated CNC machines (lathes and 5-axis milling machines).

Our tool shop includes:
• 3 and 5-axis milling centers,
• grinding machines for surfaces, shafts and shaped surfaces,
• CNC lathes and conventional lathes,
• electro-errosion machines and wire cut machines,
• punching machine and spotting press.

Depending on the customers requirements we are able
to carry out heat treatment in our own tool shop or by certified cooperators. We also repair damaged surfaces of tool elements
by welding and recreating forming shapes.

Additionally we can work on the moulds entrusted us by our customers. We adjust them to our machines and prepare them for serial production at Lumel Alucast.
