Patronage class

The employment market is changing with extreme dynamicity. To keep up with it and suitably prepare the school graduates to work
in our company, in 2016 we came to a decision to create a patronage class in Zielona Gora, which educates in the following professions: CNC machine operators and locksmiths.

The first batch of students started with the theoretical and practical studies in our patronage class in 2018.
After 3 years of learning, in 2021 they graduated from this course and joined the Lumel Alucast team.

We are proud of this project, because it is a unique example of a win-win situation, which benefits the students, development
of school and us as well.

Lumel as a socially responsible organization feels accountable for the development of the employees, the city and the region.
