Policy

We specialize in the production of precision castings for the automotive industry, which are made in the process of pressure casting
of aluminum alloys.

We implement the requirements of the automotive industry regarding activities ensuring the high quality of our products based
on the implemented quality assurance system in accordance with the technical specifications IATF 16949: 2016, VDA, AIAG.
We use commonly used Advanced Quality Planning tools such as:

1. Personnel involvement is the corner stone of all “5 Directions of Activities”

Each Lumel ALUCAST Employee is responsible for the implementation of: Lumel Production System (LPS), Integration with Suppliers
and Continuous Innovation leading to Full Customer Satisfaction

2. The heart of “5KD” is the Production System – LPS based on continuous innovation, its task is to raise LUMEL to the world level
of excellence. LPS enables the production of products in a simple and efficient way, and thus to produce them cheaply, while guaranteeing high quality.

3. Continuous Innovation – basic assumptions:

4. Integration with Suppliers.
The Company’s “Purchasing Strategy” is based on long-term cooperation with a selected group of the best suppliers.
Integration with Suppliers who are experts in their field allows us to take advantage of their product innovation, quality and efficiency improvement, thus supporting our own development.
