Position: Sales Manager – V&A Portable Meters

Location: Zielona Góra, Poland

Your key responsibilities:

• developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to effectively achieve sales objectives both domestically and internationally, 
• initiating and coordinating activities to enhance the potential of existing markets and acquire new ones,
• building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients,
• actively participating in shaping the company’s brand image.
• overseeing pricing policies, including the preparation of offers and tender documentation,
• collaborating in product development strategies,
• developing and managing sales teams/structures,
• acquiring new clients and distribution channels for Lumel products,
• holding regular meetings with current and potential clients,
• participating in trade fairs and exhibitions both domestically and internationally,
• conducting market research and analysis.

From the candidates we expcect:

• higher education – preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline,
• experience in handling technical documentation,
• fluency in English (intermediate level or higher),
• fluency in German (preferred),
• valid driver’s license (category B),
• proficiency in using measurement and control instruments,
• analytical and independence skills.
