Position: Key Account Manager
Location: Zielona Góra, Poland

Your key responsibilities:

    • independently planning and executing prospecting activities – identifying potential clients, analyzing the market, and implementing effective outreach strategies within the aluminum casting industry (including automotive, electrical, electronics, energy, home appliances, medical, lighting, and industrial automation sectors),

    • implementing the approved sales strategy and supporting the achievement of sales targets,

    • preparing business reports and insightful sales analyses,

    • actively acquiring new B2B clients across European markets – identifying their needs, building long-term relationships, and offering tailored solutions,

    • conducting market analysis and identifying new business opportunities by staying up to date with current trends,

    • maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing customers,

    • preparing commercial offers based on technical team calculations,

    • leading contract negotiations and defining terms of cooperation,

    • monitoring product profitability and ensuring commercial effectiveness,

    • keeping a close eye on competitor activities and market dynamics,

    • organizing client meetings and presenting the benefits of partnership with our company,

    • representing the company at trade fairs and industry events,

    • collaborating closely with internal departments (Technical, Quality, Customer Service, Planning, Marketing),

    • coordinating new product implementation projects – from order placement to serial production,

    • co-creating and implementing innovative sales solutions,

    • ensuring customer expectations are met and clearly communicated within the organization.

We are looking for someone who:

  • has at least 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success (experience in a similar industry is a plus),

  • possesses excellent negotiation and communication skills,

  • is skilled at building and maintaining long-term business relationships,

  • holds a university degree – preferably in a technical or business-related field,

  • speaks and writes English fluently,

  • is proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel,

  • has experience with SAP and CRM systems (a strong asset),

  • knowledge of aluminum casting and project management is an added advantage,

  • is open to occasional business travel, including international trips,

  • demonstrates strong analytical skills – including data analysis, drawing conclusions, and recommending solutions,

  • is goal-oriented, proactive, consistent, and well-organized,

  • enjoys working in a team and is focused on achieving results.
